This policy explains what information killershirts.com collects, why, and who else sees it. Killer Shirts is a trade name of Lunacy Media LLC, 20787 Albany Ave., Warren, MI 48091. In this policy, “we” means Lunacy Media LLC.

What we collect

When you check out or create an account, we collect:

  • your name,
  • your email address,
  • billing and shipping addresses,
  • your phone number, if you give it,
  • your order history.

We also collect some data automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use it

  • To take payment and fill your order.
  • To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • To answer your emails and handle returns or replacements.
  • To keep the site secure and working well.
  • To measure our site and our advertising.
  • To meet tax, accounting and legal duties.

Who else handles your data

Stripe (payments)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s use of your data is covered by its own privacy policy.

Printful (printing and shipping)

To print and ship your order, we send Printful your name, shipping address, order details, and contact details needed for delivery. Printful then passes the package to the carrier.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how people use the site. It uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed and location derived from your IP address. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

Klaviyo (email)

We use Klaviyo for marketing email, and only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, or email us and we will remove you. Order and shipping emails are separate from marketing email.

Meta and TikTok pixels

We have installed advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok on this site. They measure how our ads perform. They may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and items added to your cart, and share it with Meta and TikTok. Those companies may link it to your account with them if you have one. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings, a content blocker, and the ad settings in your Meta and TikTok accounts.

Jetpack and WordPress.com

We use Jetpack, a service from Automattic (WordPress.com), for site security and performance. It may process visitor data such as IP addresses and basic site usage to protect and speed up the site.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We and the services above use them to keep your cart working, remember your session, measure traffic and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work.

We do not sell your data for money

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for payment. Advertising pixels can count as “sharing” under some state laws. If you are in a state with those laws, see the rights section below.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Other data, such as account details and email subscriptions, is kept while it is useful to you and us, and deleted on request where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you,
  • correct it if it is wrong,
  • delete it, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

California residents

Under California law you can ask to know what personal information we collected, used and disclosed, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our advertising pixels (Meta and TikTok) may count as sharing. To opt out, email us at sales@killershirts.com. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Children

This site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments run through Stripe’s secure checkout. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make major changes, we will say so on this page.
