There is no stack of your shirt sitting in a warehouse. Not in your size, not in your colour, not anywhere. Until you order, it does not exist. That is the whole model, and it shapes everything from timing to returns.

What happens after you click buy
Three steps. No mystery.
- You order. Pick the design, the colour and the size, then pay through Stripe. Cards work, as do Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them, and Link.
- It gets printed. Your order goes to our print partner, Printful. They print the art onto a Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton tee using direct-to-garment printing. Think of it as an inkjet printer built for fabric. The ink goes straight into the shirt rather than sitting on top as a sticker.
- It ships. Once it is printed, it leaves for your address.
How long it takes
Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit comes after that. Shipping inside the US costs $4.95 for the first shirt and $2.20 for each additional one, and it is free on orders of $50 or more. We only ship within the US for now.
Yes, that is slower than pulling a shirt off a shelf. You are waiting for someone to make the thing you asked for. We think that is a fair trade.
Why $27.99
Every shirt is $27.99. Same blank, same print method, same price, whichever design you choose. Because nothing is made in advance, the price does not carry the cost of guessing wrong: no bulk runs, no unsold sizes, no clearance pile. A design that nobody orders costs us nothing to leave in the catalog, so we can keep the catalog big. LadyLunacy alone is 203 designs.

No unsold stock
This is the one claim we will make for made-to-order, and it is a plain one: there is no unsold inventory. Shirts that are never ordered are never printed. We are not going to dress it up as more than that.
What this means for returns
Made to order cuts both ways. Your shirt was printed for you, so we cannot take it back because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size. Check the fit and sizing guide before you order, and measure a shirt you already own.
Here is what we do cover:
- Misprints, defects or damage, reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Send us a photo of the problem at sales@killershirts.com.
Here is what we do not cover:
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Wrong size, since size is your choice at checkout.
- Shipping fees of any kind, including return shipping and re-shipping to a corrected address or a different size.
Double-check the address before you pay.

One more thing: tax
Orders shipping to Michigan are charged 6% sales tax.
