A symmetrical portrait of a cat’s face is bisected by a sleek, cobalt-blue robotic helmet. The helmet’s surface is a network of fine, silver circuitry, contrasting sharply with the organic profusion of roses, peonies, and other blooms erupting around it. Crimson, glowing eyes pierce through the helmet’s visor. Dripping, viscous paint in shades of rose and burgundy pools below the chin, suggesting a merging of the mechanical and the natural. The cool palette is punctuated by warm orange and yellow flower accents.
